How much is the security deposit?

We collect 45-50% as security deposit on ethnic wear which is fully refundable once the outfit has been returned to us & passes the quality check.

 

In what circumstances will you deduct my security deposit?

We're not overtly strict about small smudges here or there. But should the outfit be sufficiently or entirely damaged, then we will have to deduct an amount from your security deposit. In this case, depending on the damages done to the outfit, we will decide what percentage of security deposit we will deduct.

 

How will the security deposit be returned?

The day we pick up your outfit, we perform a thorough quality check. After the outfit passes the quality check, we can return the deposit as follows based on your method of payment:

Online Payment- Your security deposit will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 working days.

Cash on Delivery: If you paid through cash on delivery we will refund the money into your bank account within 15 working days. Go to your profile and update the bank account details.

Our customer service executives will call up to ask you which option you prefer or you can directly send us your bank details at orders@stylererun.com with your order ID after your pick up.
